A journey to renewal : Sleep, Stress Management and Beauty

This events will focus on relaxation, better sleep habits, and simple stress management techniques to help you wake refreshed and restored.
This event includes two classes (45 minutes each) with two different instructors. After the class a delicous breakfast buffet will be included along with coffee or tea. Please bring your own yoga mat.
Jennifer is a local GP with a holistic, person-centred approach grounded in lifestyle medicine and whole-person health. Alongside her clinical work, she is a yoga teacher and an avid gardener, and is currently completing an MSc in Positive Health Coaching. She is passionate about helping people take an empowered, integrated mind–body approach to wellbeing. In this workshop, she will explore the lifestyle pillars of stress management and sleep, drawing on coaching psychology, positive psychology, practical tools, and gentle somatic practices. The session will focus on supporting sustainable, personalised strategies to better understand stress, restore energy, build resilience, and improve sleep in everyday life.
Patrice & Niamh, from Essential Beauty, an award winning skin & laser clinic in Bailieborough will host a Skin Health Session. This interactive session is designed to help you better understand your skin and how to care for it. It will cover building a consistent skincare routine, why SPF is essential and how supplements can support skin health. Perfect for anyone wanting clarity, confidence, and expert guidance on their skincare choices. Participants will also have the opportunity to try a selection of skincare products on their own skin.
