Journey Into Your Inner World: Personalized Soul Art & Women’s Circle

June 6 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Free

Meet the part of you that won’t let you rest. See her in personalized soul art. Watch live coaching. It’s healing medicine for your soul ✨

There’s a part of you that won’t let you stop.

During the week, you fantasize about all the relaxing self-care activities you’re going to do when the weekend finally comes. And then on the weekend, you do chores.

Your mind is like a smoke detector that won’t stop going off, in a house that isn’t on fire.

So much mental energy goes into managing how you look to others. Trying to be smart enough, beautiful enough, nice enough. But somehow, it never feels like it is enough.

What started out as a survival skill has become your personality.

Your life is impressive, but you don’t know how to LIVE it.

There’s so much resentment bubbling under the surface, but you feel like you’re not allowed to be angry. In every relationship, you’re the giver. The responsible one. The dependable one who holds it all together. You feel resentful and taken for granted.

You love your people, but some days everything they do irritates you. Sometimes it comes out as exploding over little things. Other times, it seems like a better idea to say nothing to keep the peace — but then you notice a chilly emotional distance making your relationships feel cold.

You feel like you’re carrying the weight of everyone else’s emotions, but no one else is carrying yours.

The Very Responsible Voice operates silently in the background, so normal that you don’t even register it as being mean to yourself. It dictates inhuman standards that hold you back from joy, confidence, and trusting yourself.

In this workshop, you’re going to meet her. Because you can’t heal what you can’t see.

And once you get to know this part, I’ll make personalized soul art for you based on what you discovered.

So you can actually see your inner landscape, rather than just intellectually understanding it.

You suddenly realize: “This isn’t all of who I am. And what it’s saying isn’t even true. But it is a scared part of me, and I can help it.”

It stops being a vague concept floating around in your head and becomes a relationship you can nurture.

Here’s what’s on the other side of this work:

You wake up feeling at ease, not dreading the day. Your nervous system can finally relax and feel at peace. You don’t feel like there’s always this relentless striving to get somewhere.

You get to breathe easy. No more late nights ruminating on your mistakes. Forgiving yourself and others. Focusing more on what you like about yourself than what you don’t.

And when you do that, suddenly your mind becomes a refuge.

🌿 A place where you go to find comfort.

🌿 To build yourself back up.

🌿 To resource belief in yourself and your inevitable success.

And all of that makes you more present and available to the people you love. It gives you more creative energy for your projects.

So much less arguing. Fewer cold silences. You and your relationships feel stronger, because you stay connected even when conditions are not ideal. You’re not feeling so depleted because you’re allowing yourself to receive more than ever. Compliments, help, emotional support.

It makes you wake up in wonder one day and say, “Wow. I actually really like myself and who I’ve become.” Feeling filled with contentment for the life you’ve created.

I’m going to show you how.

We’ll be getting together on Zoom at this link:
