In a world that constantly asks you to rush, perform, fix, achieve and keep going… Monday Meditations offers you something radically different:

A space to pause.

A space to breathe.

A space to simply be.

Join Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and Founder of The Bountiful Method™, Tové Kane, every Monday evening at the beautiful Merville House for a calming and restorative guided meditation experience designed to help you feel lighter, clearer and more grounded.

Each session begins with a short mindfulness-based talk exploring themes we all experience as human beings — stress, overthinking, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-worth, inner critic patterns, fear of change, letting go, self-compassion, resilience, joy, presence and emotional healing.

Drawing inspiration from mindfulness teachers such as Tara Brach, these gentle talks are followed by practical mindfulness tools and techniques you can use in everyday life. Mindfulness and some light laughter lifts the spirits.

You will then be guided into a deeply relaxing meditation experience to help calm your nervous system, quiet mental chatter and reconnect you with yourself.

These sessions are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike.

Please bring:
• A yoga mat
• Blanket
• Pillow or cushion
• Water if desired
• Loose comfortable clothing
