Jack Woolley is shredded.
The two-time Olympian and taekwondo master has been outspoken in the past about his lifelong struggles with body image. That may catch you by surprise: the Irishman is sculpted like a tight little Greek God. But since Woolley competes at a lower weight than his natural size, he was always cutting before competition.
The trying process wreaked havoc on his mind and left his body malnourished.
But now, two years since his last drastic weight cut, he’s feeling better than ever. Woolley shared a recent photo shoot on Instagram, where he leaves just enough to the imagination.
How about we take this to the next level?

The 27-year-old is bulging!
“Trying to stay consistent
,” he wrote. “For over 20 years in sport I spent my time fixated on being as light as possible. With that has come a lot of challenges both mentally and physically. ED’s, body dysmorphia, stress, anxiety… now it’s time I learn how to put that same energy into feeling good and loving myself for once.”
Woolley has quite the reason to stay motivated, too. He’s leaving for Bali in five weeks. We love a twunk in paradise!

Olympian Jack Woolley’s body is bulging in new speedo pics
While the Winter Olympics wrap up in Milan, a vet of the Summer Games is heating up on a sun-soaked deck!
When it comes to gay archetypes, Woolley fits “twunk” to a tight tee. Now with a bulked-up bod, he’s spending plenty of time with his shirt off.
And fortunately, he’s not shy about sharing. Woolley’s pride in his physique is apparent. “Starting to feel like me again
,” he posted in one caption.
One of our favorite young Olympians, Woolley is very open about his trials and tribulations. He originally expressed regret about coming out prior to the Tokyo Games, pointing to the unwanted attention that he received. Adding to his troubles, he got assaulted on the streets of Dublin after returning home from Tokyo.
But that’s also when his life started to turn around. Jack met his now-fiancé Dave, who helped show him there’s a more open way to live.
“When I met Dave, I started to realize that life is short and I need to enjoy it,” he previously told Queerty. “The only way to do that is be myself.”
Woolley had a much more positive experience at the 2024 Paris Olympics, with Dave by his side. The happy couple got engaged on St. Patrick’s Day in 2025!
This summer, they’ve traveled the PR and Pride circuit, celebrating Dave’s birthday in between.
After his breakout performance on Ireland’s Dancing with the Stars, Woolley is a bonafide household name in his home country. He’s set on competing in his third Olympics at LA 2028, where he hopes to win his first medal.
In the meantime, he’s just enjoying life. Sounds pretty good to us!
