DAMHS is a specialist service that operates throughout the Belfast Trust. It offers a service for children and young people under 18 years who have a co-morbid presentation, ie. a significant substance misuse problem in conjunction with mental health difficulty. We are a tier 3 service offering a variety of talking therapies and pharmacotherapy.
