Woodlands Community Well-Being Service is centrally located in Cookstown – within walking distance from the town centre and close to the local bus station.
Our aims are to provide a range of constructive options promoting positive mental health within the community and facilitating individual’s recovery; to encourage and enhance each individual’s quality of life; to provide person centred provision where care and support is based on individually assessed needs; to promote an holistic approach to mental health care; to promote meaningful interaction which enables members to attain their full potential;
to work in partnership with other helping agencies which support the individual and to promote integration thus minimising social isolation.
