The Northern Ireland Public Services Ombudsman (NIPSO) investigates unresolved complaints about public bodies in Northern Ireland. Our service is free, independent and impartial.
In our investigations we check to see if a public body acted properly or whether someone was treated unfairly. When things go wrong, we suggest what can be done to put things right.
NIPSO directly cover services that matter to families including;
Health and Social Care (Hospitals, GP’s and social work services),
Education – Schools, Colleges and Universities and Education Authority, and
Social Housing.
Our offices are now open to the public from 10am – 12pm, Monday to Friday. Please contact us for an appointment.
