We support young people 16-24 years who have been in care and are preparing for adulthood. We aim to support them in integrating into the area of their choice, offer practical, emotional advice and guidance.
We hold statutory responsibility for the 16-18 year olds within the Looked After Service and assist them in planning for their future.
