Room to Be

We are a grassroots community initiative working to build a creative hub and garden for the LGBTQIA+ community in Dundee that celebrates diversity, promotes environmental awareness, inspires creativity and supports wellbeing through nature, horticulture, art and connection. We run regular gardening sessions, horticulture workshops, creative meet-ups and social events for our growing membership. We work collaboratively and skill share with other groups and organisations to build and strengthen the wider community network across the city.
You don’t have to be a gardener to take part; nor do you have to be a creative. You simply need to be open minded, kind, curious and accepting of others.
