TRACE: Trans Respect Advocacy in Care Employment

TRACE is a campaign to improve the working conditions for transgender people in the UK, who are employed as support workers, HCAs, and carers.
The core objective is to support trans people employed in these areas to push for change in and, where possible, work directly on the policy of organisations employing for care functions.
