The WOW Network – Women Out Work has been formed to support, guide and connect with LGBT women who are either out at work or thinking about coming out at work.
The group was formed in March 2017 and has quickly reached many LGBT women across the UK.
Founded by Lisa Charlwood-Green, the network aims to participate in Pride events across the UK, host regional meetups and provide a support to LGBT women online with a private Facebook group.
