We’ve been following the story of Tr*mp’s latest FAFO mission closely, and we’re thrilled to report that That Man’s shenanigans are now threatening to topple not only his empire, but those of his children as well.

When we last checked in with Ivanka, she was decompressing from the global fallout over her husband Jared Kushner’s plans to develop an Albanian island as a luxury retreat for the 1%. After drawing the ire of thousands of pissed-off Albanians, and friend of the gays Dua Lipa, Ivanka left for summer vacation… where her many enemies took their revenge in the comments.

Now, it looks like her summer is about to get even worse, because, oops!, Her father’s lawsuit against the BBC now implicates her and her brothers—hugely.

Earlier this week, a Florida judge ruled that Tr*mp must legally hand over financial records concerning his revocable trust. But the juiciest detail is hidden in the fine print: the same judge also ruled that Tr*mp’s family members and those in his “inner circle” could also be called up on subpoena in the ongoing case.

As usual, this decision comes as a direct result of Tr*mp and his lawyers f’ing around and finding out: Tr*mp’s team first claimed that the BBC’s discovery request concerning his financial records was a fishing expedition. The judge declined to play ball. Tr*mp’s lawyers also attempted to block subpoenas to important Tr*mp allies and family members, such as Michael Flynn, Stephen Miller, and any of the older Tr*mp children with whom he’s in direct business. The judge also didn’t take kindly to that preemptive strike, and now it’s likely that Tr*mp’s BBC disgrace will also result in the rest of his family being forced to out their father’s business doings in court.

Because Tr*mp is claiming that a 2024 BBC documentary was edited to imply that Tr*mp was at fault for the Jan. 6th riots, Tr*mp is now in the position of having to prove that he didn’t have anything to do with it. But when discovery starts rolling in, it could easily blow up in Tr*mp’s face. The case in the UK could also help lawmakers in this country hold Tr*mp to account for the financial moves he’s made in a notoriously for-profit presidency. Once the court gets ahold of the financial documents, any further attempts to block discovery by Tr*mp’s lawyers in the states could be easily fought on these grounds.

As for Ivanka, if she thought she was going to be able to escape the controversy of her father’s second term by removing herself from the White House payroll, she’d better think again. As she and her husband attempt to purchase and transform another country’s protected wildlife reserve for her own personal profit, the backlash continues to grow, and it doesn’t look good for anyone in the Tr*mp family.

If there’s one thing we know about these people, it’s that upholding their brand is of paramount importance in everything they do. But during this term—and with Ivanka and Kushner’s help—the brand is becoming more synonymous with “scam” by the minute.
