About your facilitator
Hi, I’m Olivia Moynihan, a Reiki Master Teacher, holistic practitioner and founder of The Light Practice.
I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves through energy healing, mindfulness and holistic wellbeing practices. Over the years, I have worked with hundreds of people through Reiki treatments, workshops, retreats and training programmes, and have had the privilege of witnessing the profound shifts that can occur when people reconnect with their own innate healing abilities.
My intention is to create a supportive, welcoming environment where you can learn with confidence, ask questions openly, and develop your own unique relationship with Reiki.
My teaching style is warm, grounded and heart-led, combining traditional Reiki principles with practical tools that can be integrated into everyday life.
