Ever since Heated Rivalry made them household names, Connor Storrie and Hudson Williams have stayed booked & busy.
Storrie hosted Saturday Night Live and already had guest stints on Criminal Minds & For All Mankind (both of which filmed before HR became a global sensation), but save for an SNL cameo, we’re still eagerly waiting to see Williams on our screens again in a new role.

And now that opportunity’s just around the corner with supernatural mystery series Yaga set to premiere in October. Despite a change in genre, a new teaser finds Williams in familiar territory—that is to say, it’s Canadian and it prominently features his butt… at least, we think it does?
This past weekend at Comic-Con, fans got a sexy/spooky first look at the series from Canadian streamer Crave (the home of Heated Rivalry), which will be available in the states via AMC+.
Based on a play by Kat Sandler, Yaga explores the Slavic folk legend of Baba Yaga, most commonly presented as a fearsome elderly witch who lives in the forest, but who’s been depicted in various ways over the years.
“There are versions of her all over the world,” says series star Carrie-Anne Moss (The Matrix trilogy), narrating the trailer. “Sometimes she’s an ugly old witch. She lives in a [dilapidated] house on chicken feet. Sometimes she’s a wise woman, an enchantress, a healer. Sometimes she helps a hero on his quest. Sometimes she tests him. Sometimes she kills them. Sometimes she eats them. Sometimes she f*cks them. But, she always has a name.”

WATCH: Hudson Williams slinks around in a mankini during his “private time”
A cameo appearance from Hudson Williams helped a new short win the Audience Choice Award at a Canadian film festival.
The version here seems to be on the scarier side—at least if the teaser’s eerie vibe is anything to go off of—but we’d say expect the unexpected, especially as Yaga is said to give the mythic figure a modern, feminist spin.
The story follows a private detective named Rapp (Schitt’s Creek‘s Noah Reid; more Canadian excellence) who arrives to a small coastal fishing town in search of Henry Park (Williams, sporting blue contacts!), the missing heir of a commercial fishery. During his search, he crosses paths with wary local detective Carson (Letterkenny‘s Clark Backo), university professor Kate (Moss)—who apparently has “a taste for younger men”—and plenty of other suspects.
One such younger man appears to be Williams’ character, as he and Moss can be seen briefly making out, which makes us think she’s probably involved in his disappearance somehow…
And speaking of, though Henry goes missing, Williams seems to factor into the series quite prominently. IMDB credits him in all eight episodes of the upcoming season, which should assuage fears that he’s just an attention-grabbing cameo, as should the many prominent shots of him in the trailer.
The glimpse of him shirtless, wearing a flower crown, and holding his cock a rooster already feels ripe for meme-ing, there’s a quick peek at what looks like him getting intimate with another woman and man (Challengers style!), and of course we clocked the moment where he’s passionately stuffing his hand down his pants.
At the show’s Comic-Con panel, Noah Reid joked that Williams “cannot keep his hands off himself,” before adding that his co-star gives “a wild performance that is scary hot.” He continued: “I think anyone who knows Hudson’s work from Heated Rivalry is in for an interesting ride. You’ll get to know a different side of Hudson’s actor league capabilities.”
A different side of his acting capabilities maybe, but thankfully he’s still game to show the same side of his body: his backside.
As we all learned from Heated Rivalry, Crave series don’t skimp on the skin, and the Yaga teaser trailer showcases plenty of it in its 75-second run. There are even two flashes of bare male bum, which may or may not be Williams’ familiar cheeks.

Ilya Rozanov, is that you? The internet’s obsessed with The Odyssey‘s mystery bubble butt
After ‘The Odyssey’s’ brief flash of flesh, everyone wants to know: Who’s the man behind the movie’s epic behind?
One features a caked up man lying facedown on beach, which looks a whole lot like Williams to us! And then there are two shots from behind of a man in a horned mask, bathed in purple lighting as he has sex with… someone in angel wings?
It’s a little hard to say for sure what’s going on, but that hasn’t stopped fans from assuming that’s Williams: “Choosing to believe this is Hudson Williams so that I can feel even more insane,” writes one X user with a GIF of the latter scene. “All he’s known for now, sex,” jokes another.
Only after the fact has series costume designer Sarah Runnalls all but confirmed the horny masked man’s identity, sharing the moment on her Instagram story and tagging Williams with the word “chillsss.”
Look, do we need to know whose butt that in to tune in? No, we absolutely do not—we’ve seen enough already to know that we are so seated for Yaga, regardless of whose bare bum gets screen time.
Though a specific date is yet to be announced, Yaga is set to premiere in October on AMC+ and on Crave in its native Canada.
