Young People's Partnership - SHSCT

The YPP offers Community Social Work with adolescents and their families/carers. Individual, group and community development approaches aimed at maintaining home placements; improved relationships and emotional wellbeing; increased personal development and prevention of offending. Note: Young people engage with the YPP on a voluntary basis. Nevertheless, safeguarding processes ensure that, where identified, risks are reported and responded to as appropriate.
