What matters most to you? Who would you want around you? Where would you want to be cared for? And how would you like to be remembered? Join us for a free, creative three-week series exploring Advance Care Planning, your wishes for the end of life and your legacy 💚
These workshops are for LGBTQIA+ people aged 18+ at any stage of life. You don’t need to be living with cancer or nearing the end of life – Advance Care Planning is for everyone, and it’s never too early to start thinking about what you’d want.
Across three sessions, we’ll use art, textiles and creative activities to explore what matters to you, your choices and how you’d like to be remembered. No creative experience needed!
