Action for Children’s Choices Family Support Service works with young people aged 10-17 years who are experiencing mental health/emotional well-being issues including anxiety, low mood, thoughts of life not worth living and low-level self-harm. Choices operates a family support model and so also works with parents/caregivers. All Choices work is carried out on an outreach basis – in the family home, in school or in another venue – wherever works best for the young person and family. Choices works across the Northern Trust area.
