Adult Learning Disability Services - Western Trust

The Adult Learning Disability Division of the Western Health & Social Care Trust provides a range of services across the Derry, Limavady, Strabane, Omagh and Fermanagh areas. These services are delivered directly by the Trust or on a contractual basis with the independent sector. Services include the following;Day Care and Day OpportunitiesHospital Assessment and Treatment Short Breaks (Residential and other forms of short breaks) Domiciliary Care Self-Directed Support/Direct Payments Shared Lives Adult Placement Scheme (Long and Short Term) Psychological Therapies Service Psychiatry Community Social Work TeamsCommunity Learning Disability Nursing TeamAccommodation provision (Residential, Supported Living, Nursing) Allied Health Professionals.
