This group is run by individuals voluntarily giving their time to facilitate safe spaces. We are a community made up of individuals with ‘lived experiences’. We are happy to lend a listening ear to all, however no professional advice can be offered, and we will signpost you to the appropriate services as best as we can.
Signposting resources and information/guidance for local and national health and well-being will be available in person and online.
