The housing support service for young people provide floating support to 92 young people aged 16-25 who require housing related support, this can be support for young people who are homeless, require support to access private rented accommodation or who are social housing tenants. Support covers key areas such as housing, education, training, employment, physical and emotional health, development of independent living skills and money.
