Belfast Trust Employability and Mentoring Service for young people aged 16+ (Start360)

16+ Transition Service is intensive employability mentoring support for young people leaving care in Belfast. This is a 12 week mentoring support programme for young people who are looked after or have a care history within the Belfast Health & Social Care Trust. This programme is primarily targeted around education, training and employment.
