Calderdale Pride is an annual celebration of the LGBTQ+ community. We have developed a vibrant and wholly inclusive event for the residents of Calderdale and beyond.
Over 25,000 people attended Calderdale Pride in 2024 and a record-breaking 27,700 people attended in 2023, making it the largest event The Piece Hall has hosted. We’re consistently attracting people from all over the UK and internationally!
We support the local economy by bringing local and national businesses that want to support a lively and loyal LGTBQ+ community.
Run by a dedicated group of volunteers, it’s a free and inclusive event, relying on donations, grants, fundraising and sponsorship.
Calderdale Pride is effective because it welcomes everyone and aims to foster acceptance by creating a safe space to allow people to be their true authentic selves.
