Fallswater Day Centre - BHSCT

The Trust provides a range of day time activities for adults with a learning disability. They are delivered in eight day centres across the city and in an increasing number of community locations, such as leisure and community centres. Activities include: Arts and Crafts Community Based Activities Health and Leisure Access to Further Education These services are offered to young people leaving school, people leaving hospital and those already living in the community. Fallswater Day Centre is a converted building, owned by Belfast Health and Social Care Trust. It is situated in a residential area of West Belfast. The centre is a statutory facility line managed by Belfast Health Trust. The Centre provides day care for up to thirty-three persons each day with a Learning Disability. The service users are over the age of nineteen and the centre provides a service, to service users over the age of sixty five years, from the Belfast trust catchment area
