Grace Womens Development Ltd is based in north Belfast and has been operating for the past 26 years.
The Group operates from the City Council’s Ardoyne Community Centre. Ardoyne Women’s Group was established in 1984 as an initiative of local women who identified a need for a safe and nurturing place of respite for women and girls where they could access information, training, advice and education opportunities as well as give local women a stronger voice on larger organisations and boards. The Women’s Group has the capacity to care for the children of women partaking in courses through our crèche facilities. The Women’s Group has also been involved with many other current affairs issues that impact on the local community and has worked closely such bodies as the localised Health Action Zone and Community Empowerment Partnership (CEP).
