Scheme works with predominantly care experienced young people (16-21) who have been assessed as being unable to participate in mainstream training and employment opportunities. We provide a supported work placement, essential skills, mentoring and personal development.

We now provide an outreach service to all young people aged 16-24, who are in need of training, education and employment. The outreach lasts ten weeks and consists of an OCN level 1 Applying for Work, a vocational qualification and a work tour. We also provide a short term transition service for young people who need some extra support to get into work, training or education.
