Jigsaw Community Counselling Centre

Jigsaw CCC is a well established community counselling centre based in North Belfast that provides a safe place for you to talk through your issues. Counselling will not provide any quick solutions but it can be effective for a range of psychological difficulties including depression, anxiety and phobias. We are here to listen and provide support. To find out more about what we do or to enquire about volunteering, feel free to contact us. We can offer a range of counselling and mentoring sessions to tackle issues such as: abuse domestic violence anger family breakdown addiction depression anxiety self-harm We work in a number of local schools in North Belfast to improve the emotional well-being of children, their families and the whole school community. We deal with a variety of issues including bereavement, trauma, bullying, family breakdown and anger issues.
