Kids together, designs, plans and delivers a wide range of tailored services for families with children and young people who have complex needs. At the same time we always aim to be inclusive with our service delivery and, where and when possible, promote understanding and greater interaction between siblings irrespective of ability / disability.
KT continues to work tirelessly in the promotion of equality of opportunity and diversity of services, both to children with disabilities, siblings’ and their parents / guardians.
Children and Young People’s Services include:
6 x Afterschools for children aged 4-11
4 x Youth Groups for children
Wave Playdays 2 x mornings per week for children aged 1-3
Rainbow Programme for children with Autism and their siblings
Social Group 2 x nights per week for children aged 7-11
Outreach project for children aged 4-18
Support for Parents / Carers
Outreach, family support and advice clinics to parents / guardian’s on topics; sensory play, challenging behaviour, speech etc
