There are lots of activities includingEmployability training courses covering CV preparation, job searching, interview and communication skills.Travel training, online safety and money management coursesWork experience and volunteering opportunities with a wide range of employers in your area.Support to progress into paid work including on the job training and mentoring.There is support every step of the way from our team of employment officers who have links to a wide range of employers that we can connect you to.Orchardville is delivering SkillSET (Support Employment Training) across Northern Ireland though a partnership of seven specialist disability organisations.
