PRAXIS Care (Derry)

Praxis Care supports families of children with complex medical or behavioural problems. This includes children with learning disability and or autism, particularly those with challenging behaviour. We provide permanent and respite care. We also support young people leaving care through befriending services and provide accomodation and support for those with a high level of support needs.
