Our Aims
We aim to:

be an inclusive, welcoming and supportive network for all LGBT+ employees and straight allies
promote equality, inclusivity and diversity in the workplace
help and support LGBT+ staff in Local Authorities in London
align visions and champion our shared goals whilst acknowledging the diverse individual needs within each Local Authority
provide support and problem solve on a single LA level to London-wide issues facing our workforce
provide the opportunity to capacity build and network

Our Objectives:

Offer regular presentations and workshops
Celebrate and highlight successes through a regular newsletter
Meet quarterly with a forward plan and themes for discussion
Use the mailing list to share information across London
To share best practice and lessons learned for the experience of all LGBT+ Staff fora
