Community Together CIC supports a wide range of people with lived experiences that intersect with but are not limited to migration, disability, neurodivergence, or LGBTQ+ identities.
This includes individuals who have experience of:
Seeking asylum or navigating the refugee system
Living in temporary accommodation or facing homelessness
Experiencing long-term unemployment or economic hardship
Facing discrimination based on race, religion, sexual orientation or cultural background
Being a carer for a family member with complex needs
Navigating the criminal justice or immigration enforcement system
Living in rural isolation with limited access to services
Surviving domestic abuse or gender-based violence
Our approach recognises that many of the people we work with face multiple and overlapping barriers to inclusion and opportunity. We focus on removing systemic barriers, amplifying marginalised voices, and co-producing services that are inclusive of the complexity and richness of people’s lived experiences.
