Rural Health Partnership provide one to one support to those individuals experiencing mental health problems. The Partnership offers a range of programmes that support the family unit. We also deliver health and wellbeing programmes into the local primary and secondary schools.The Partnership covers the Slieve Gullion council area in South Armagh
