We are a non profit organisation providing support & respite services for children with complex and additional needs and their families.
Our mission here at SEN Space Care & Respite Services is to provide care and support services not only for the child with the additional needs, but the whole family. We have an incredible space including a sensory room, three outdoor play areas and an acre of garden space. We have Early Years Specialists, Play Therapists, Early Years Teachers and Sensory Therapists as part of our team. Our focus is socialisation, and regulating our children through movement. All staff have SEN training, sensory training and language and communication training. Sessions are small, with high staff ratios. One to one care is also available. We are a registered childcare provider, so parents can use Universal Credits, Direct Payments, Childcare Vouchers and the NICSS to pay towards our sessions.
We want to provide life long care and support for the family from pre-school classes/placements to adult residential care. We want to support these children, adults and families in all areas of life, so that they can access the support they need, and experience the quality of life they deserve.
