Simon Community (Portadown Community Support Service)

The Community Support service supports individuals aged between 16 and 25 years old, offering them essential support and assistance. The service aims to support people to live independently through the provision of housing related support to its clients.
Community Support assists individuals in finding and moving into accommodation, as well as developing the essential skills to maintain it.
