The aims of our collective are simple:
To build an alliance of LGBTQ+ networks from across the nuclear sector who are passionate about working together and harnessing our collective power to drive LGBTQ+ inclusion across the industry.
To create a collaborative environment where all participants will share best practise and regularly participate in collaborative initiatives to support LGBTQ+ inclusion.
To fashion an industry that is wholly welcoming, inclusive and supportive of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender + other related communities
