Clients/Families cannot self refer to this service. They must be referred via :-

GP
Social Services
Mental Health Services
General Hospital
Probation Service

Referral sources are asked to complete the ADS referral form provided and send other relevant information, helpful to the assessment.

After initial assessment client may be offered follow up appointments via a range of outpatient clinics , throughout the trust area.

The Alcohol and Drug Service {ADS} is comprised of a multi-disciplinary team of Nurses , Social Workers, a Consultant Psychiatrist, Junior Doctors and Admin support staff, working together to provide a comprehensive range of specialist interventions /treatments, for people with alcohol or drug related problems.

Services:

Outpatient treatment via Community Addiction Team clinics throughout the Trust area.

Inpatient treatment via the Addiction Treatment Unit T&F Hospital , Omagh.
