The Whistle Project exists to actively improve the confidence, health and well being of the community within the Greater Top of the Hill Area to promote social inclusion by maximising participation in community development, education and Learning through sport and leisure for all residents of the Greater Top of the Hill Area, to build and sustain community development and resident participation through the Whistle Project
