The Youth Empowerment and Resilience Project (YEAR) is a Community Fund project which aims to empower young people aged from 14-24 years old to achieve success and prosperity through youth led activities. We have been established since April 2013 working in an outreach capacity across the Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council Area. We work with young people to set personal goals and achievements through 1-2-1 support as well as group based activities, offering opportunities such as accredited and non-accredited training & education, enhancing employability, social enterprise activities, volunteering, community engagement, social and personal development.
