We support the role of Carers in the Southern area by actively identifying your
needs and developing services and actions to address these with the support of the
Trust Directorates and staff teams.
We liaise closely with Carer’s groups and Carer’s organisations and other Voluntary
organisations who provide support to Carers and together we work in partnership to
ensure that all Carers are provided with the support and care that they need to
remain in the caring role.
There are opportunities for you to have your say and become a voice for change for
Carers in the Southern Area. Become involved, and be part of the shaping of
services, ensuring that they are delivered in a manner which best supports Carers.
