We work in partnership with families, parents and children through multi-disciplinary working with colleagues from Health, Education, PSNI and Community and Voluntary sectors, incorporating Social Work knowledge skills and values. Areas included Tandragee; Laurelvale; Milford; Richhill; Hamiltonsbawn; Keady; Markethill.
