The Family Support Team provides a number of supports to children, young people and their families to promote overall development and wellbeing. These services include practical and financial support for children and young people identified as being ‘in need’ under Article 18 of the Children Order. Advice and information also provided as well as multi-agency liaison and working to ensure all relevant supports available to children, young people and families.
