What Fit 4 U provides

Fit 4 U co-ordinates a range of day-time physical activities and sports within local leisure centres in Armagh, Dungannon, Craigavon, Banbridge and Newry. For example archery, boccia, new age kurling, group exercise, boxercise and indoor golf.

Fit 4 U is funded by the Public Health Agency and led by the Southern Health and Social Care Trust in partnership with other organisations, including the local Council authorities.

How to access the service

Fit 4 U service is available to adults (aged 18 years plus) who have a physical and/or sensory disability and live in the Southern Trust area.

Fit 4 U 2 service is available to adults (aged 18 years plus) who have a learning disability and live in the Southern Trust area.
