Quiplash

Quiplash is a LGBTQ+ led, disability justice–driven arts organisation, our mission is to create a world where LGBTQ+ disabled people and their work are thriving.
We do this in five key ways:

Accessibility – we train and consult to embed access-first practices and creative accessibility.
Advocacy – we contribute writing, knowledge and mentoring to improve safety, rights and conditions for marginalised creative workers.
CPD – we support LGBTQ+ disabled people and those who support them to add skills and develop sustainable careers.
Culture Change – we work with partners long-term to shift structures and mindsets.
Creative Work – we produce innovative performance with Integrated access, specialising in Audio Description.
